How Do You Qualify For The Electrical Engineer PE Exam?
The electrical systems that bring power to homes and businesses, enable aircraft and automobiles to function and perform a myriad other tasks are the responsibility of electrical engineers. The electrical engineer develops designs, and tests electrical equipment and systems as well as supervising their production and operation. Electrical engineers must be licensed in all 50 states as a Professional Engineer (PE). You must have a combination of formal education and work experience to qualify for the electrical engineer PE exam. Enroll in an electrical engineering program that is accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
