Televisions have long been the focal point of any living room, and for good reason: That’s where the family puts most of its attention. With advances in technology, there’s now a simple and effective way to make TVs virtually invisible when not in use. Decide exactly where you want your TV to be placed. Ideally, it’s going to be at eye level or above when you’re sitting down. Another thing to consider is that the depth of the wall must be deep enough to hold the TV. As such, flat screens are ideal for this project, although you can do it with any kind of television depending on the size of your wall. Get your various saws, hammers and so on, place a sheet of plastic on the ground for quick cleanup and get to drilling. Again, make sure the depth is enough to hold the TV.
