You can put a Playstation 2 game onto a DVD, after downloading it from the internet. You need a DVD decryptor to copy the game. Open the decryptor and go to Mode. Choose ISO and Read. It will then copy the PS2 game and make an ISO file on Hard Disk Drive in your PC. Once it finishes making an ISO file, go to Mode, ISO and click Write.
