Oven mitts that have fingers in them are better for grip. • Warn everyone around you that you are opening the oven. • Open the oven and pull out the shelf. • Take your cookie sheet (the big metal tray with your food on it) and put it in the middle of the oven shelf. • Push the shelf back into the oven. Set the timer.
