Are you adding a border manually? If so that is probably your main problem. Fix is below. 1. Go to Page Layout Tab and select Page Borders under Page Background grouping 2. Select type of box you would like 3. Under Apply to: select from drop down what is best for your needs 4. Select Options box (bottom right) 5. Select Text (this will not have border out as far on the margin) 6. Deselect Surround header and Surround footer is they do not need to be included in box (saves even more space) 7. Select OK 8. If you do want Edge of Page option then you will need to either find another printer (ink jet printers tend to cut off bottom margin because they feed differently than laser jets and require larger margins) Hope this was helpful.
