Make certain you know which level of sound you would like, 5.1 or 7.1. With 5.1 you get five speakers, including a subwoofer and four satellite speakers. With a 7.1 system you get seven speakers total including five satellite speakers, a subwoofer, and a center channel speaker. The over all wattage rating should tell you how loud the system goes, and sometimes less is more. Use your judgment to decide how much power you need, or don’t need.
