The first thing we need to do is tip our engine not completely on its side because we don’t want the oil to drip out the top but just tip it to a good steep angle. Next we need to look underneath our mower and look for the oil plug. It will have kind of a square head on it and what we are going to do is take a ratchet without any sockets on it and we are going to go ahead and put it in that square head. You are going to want to make sure that you get it good and tight inside of there. Now as you loosen this, you are going to want to be real careful of the blade because you don’t want to cut yourself. Go ahead and loosen that until you pull that plug out but make sure you don’t lose it.
