How do you protect Visa, Mastercard, etc. holders and prevent fraudulent charges?
• In conjunction with the Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, we verify every first-time orders, including addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses. And once we establish a relationship with customers, we do not need to verify subsequent orders. We do have a profile on people that commit fraud which has successfully helped us identify numerous fraudulent charges. Also, we do NOT store credit numbers on our server.
