How Do You Properly Use The Standing Calf Raise Machine?
This is a great machine to use to achieve amazing calves. Select an appropriate weight. With both hands, lift up the shoulder rest and place it on your shoulders. Place your heels on the step with the balls of your feel close to the back edge of the step. Now, slowly rise up on your tip toes. Be sure that only your calves are doing all the work. Hold for one count. Bring your heel all the way down as far as you can. You want to imagine your heel touching the ground. Rise back up to your tip toes. Repeat Steps 5-7 for about 8-15 repetitions. You should feel it working your calves after your first set.
