The phone includes most features when you buy it, but you can learn how to add features and how to use them. Go to the Motorola website. Click on the “Support” link on the top right. Select “Cell Phone & Handheld Devices” under “Select My Product Type.” Choose your model number from the drop down menu in the top box on the right. Click on the next button. It looks like the “Play” button on any stereo remote. Choose “User Guide” from the “How To Use My Product” menu. If you’re a Verizon Wireless customer, select “Verizon-Userguide” from this menu. Press the “+” box next to “Customize” on the “Bookmarks” menu on the left. Choose the feature you want to program and follow the directions. Return to the “Bookmarks” menu to select another feature to program and follow the directions. Repeat until all of your features are set up.
