How Do You Program A Lux Thermostat?
Your new home came with a programmable Lux thermostat. The good news is the programmable thermostat will save you money on your heating and cooling bills. The bad news is that programming the thermostat can make you feel like you have vapor lock. Relax, it’s easy. Remove the thermostat body from the base plate. Set the system mode switch to “Heat” in the winter, “Cool” in summer or turn it to the “Off” position. Some deluxe thermostats switch modes automatically. Place the fan mode switch in the “Auto” position to enable the fan to switch on and off when needed, or run it continuously by placing it in the “On” position. Set the correct time and date. Change these settings by touching the displayed day of the week, then touching the up or down arrow to adjust. Touch the time and adjust it with the up or down arrow. Set your weekly schedule with the touch screen. Touch the “Menu” button and then use the scroll function to begin “Set/Review” heat programs or “Set/Review” cool programs. Us
