How Do You Program A Genie Intellicode Remote Control?
A garage door operator is a helpful convenience that can spoil us quickly, especially when the weather is bad. The remote control that operates that garage door is an easy device to program too. If you own a Genie Intellicode remote control, follow these simple steps and you’ll be pulling in and out of the garage in no time. Look for the learn code button on the garage door operator which is hanging from the ceiling in the garage. (Many models say, “Learn Indicator” under the button.) The button is about the size of an eraser on a pencil and near a little red LED light. A ladder may be necessary to reach the garage door operator. Check around the outside of the garage door operator first to find the learn code button. If you find it, proceed to the programming section below.
