The 2007 Mustang represented the fourth model year in a series that received a complete makeover back in 2004. Several styling cues from Mustangs of years past were evident in this generation of Mustang, giving the car a retro look. The 2007 models were equipped with many convenient features, such as the remote keyless entry system. A hand-held transmitter, small enough to fit on a key ring, is able to lock and unlock the doors, open the rear trunk lid and operate a panic button. Replacement remote transmitters can be purchased, but must be programmed before they will work on your particular Mustang. Unlock the car doors, using a remote transmitter or the power lock button.
