How Do You Print Microsoft Entourage Address Pages?
It’s easy enough to leave exchange hosting issues aside and print your address pages with just a little bit of Microsoft Entourage support! Select the contacts you want to print: If you want to print the entire contact list, that’s fine. But did you know you can also select contacts – by specifying a criteria or specifying a Project, Category, or Company. Once you’ve done that, just clcik on Edit, then Select All. The contacts you want should now be highlighted. (If you want to skip around and selected several contact, scroll to each contact and Ctrl-Click to select.) Specify Format: Now that you’ve identified the Contacts you wish to print, click the Print icon or enter File Print to bring up your printer options. There will be a section with setting for the print out. Click on Address Book (includes addresses) or Phone List (Name & Number only).
