How Do You Print File Names From Windows Explorer?

0

When using the Windows Internet Explorer Web browser you have the ability to save file names from the Internet and printer them directly from the browser. This is helpful if you know you won’t have the Internet where you are going but need a page or document from the Web. Printing from the browser is similar to printing from any other program or document software. Launch Internet Explorer and navigate to the site you want to print or save. Click “File” followed by “Save Page As.” A window appears. Select the save location and click “OK.” The page saves as a file name onto your computer. Select “File” and”Open” and chose the file you saved. You can do this at any point in the future. The file name loads onto Internet Explorer’s screen. Click “File” again and click “Print.” A printer option window appears on the screen. Select the printer you want to print from and the amount of copies you want. Select “Print” again and the file name prints from Windows Internet Explorer.
