How Do You Print An Imaging Document In Microsoft Office?
You can print imaging documents from any of the software packages included in Microsoft Office, a suite of desktop publishing and communication tools. Imaging documents are paper documents scanned to create a tagged image file format (TIFF) for compact storage on the computer’s hard drive or an external drive, or burned to a CD-ROM or DVD. Whether the imaging document is in Word, FrontPage, Microsoft Publisher or the e-mail program Outlook, you can print the document to any printer connected to the computer with a few mouse clicks. Open the imaging document you want to print by clicking the “Start” button in the lower left-hand corner, choosing “All Programs” and clicking on “Microsoft Office.” If the imaging document is on a disc, insert the disc in the computer’s media player and close the tray. Click “Microsoft Office Tools” and select “Microsoft Office Document Imaging.” Click the “File” tab in the upper left-hand corner and select “Open.” Choose the document to be printed and doub
