The steps below will walk you through previewing your Excel worksheet. Start Microsoft Excel and open a spreadsheet that you are ready to print. Choose the “File” menu. Select “Print Preview” to enter “Print Preview” view. Navigate through your Excel spreadsheet pages by using the “Next” and “Preview” buttons at the top of the “Print Preview” view.
