Before you print your Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, it is important that you preview what the spreadsheet will look like once it is printed. By using “Print Preview” you can see what the spreadsheet will look like printed and be able to make some basic changes to it. Doing this can save you both time and wasted paper. The steps below will walk you through previewing your Excel worksheet. Start Microsoft Excel and open a spreadsheet that you are ready to print. Choose the “File” menu. Select “Print Preview” to enter “Print Preview” view. Navigate through your Excel spreadsheet pages by using the “Next” and “Preview” buttons at the top of the “Print Preview” view.
