Separate the meat into meals. For example if you buy six chickens patties but would only need two patties per meal. Put two chicken patties in three freezer bags. Close the freezer bags most of the way while forcing out the extra air out of the freezer bag. Insert a straw into the corner of the freezer bag. The straw should not touch the meat. The straw should be insert just below the seal and above the meat. Close the freezer bag tightly as possible around the straw while pushing out any excess air. Suck the excess air out of the bag. Hold your finger over the end of the straw when you are done or need an air break. Quickly remove the straw and close the
