How Do You Prepare Vegetarian Avocado Sushi?
This article will teach you how to make my own avocado sushi, a fresh and vegetarian alternative to traditional sushi, for a fraction of the cost. Prepare your rice by mixing one cup instant rice and one and 1/4 cup water. Nuke for about five minutes and let cool in the microwave. Remove and stir then set aside. You can use regular sticky rice if you like, but I prefer instant rice because it’s cheaper and very quick and easy to make. Crack two eggs into a small dish and remove the tough white bit with a fork before whisking thoroughly. In a small pan fry your eggs as if you were making a fried egg sandwich, remove from pan and set aside to cool. Slice your avocado through the middle and twist to seperate. Use the tip of a knife to remove the pit and scoop the insides into a dish with a spoon. Try not to mash the avocado meat too much, you want it as intact as possible.
