“To cut the garlic chives we would cut them in 3 inch in length. We would just need the top half of the chives. Then we would peel the shells of the shrimps. As you see the shrimp still remains in size after peeling the shell. Then we would horizontally slice each shrimp in half. Be careful make sure to use a sharp knife otherwise it is really easy to cut your fingers. If you still see some veins inside the cooked shrimp you can wash them off with some cold water.
