Food Prep: You probably already keep shredded lettuce, cheese, diced tomatoes, chopped onions, salad dressings, and peppers in your sandwich or salad station. There is no other food prep. Order comes in: 1. Take a frozen chicken patty (the kind used for deep fried patties for sandwiches) and cook in fryer for recommended amount of time. Drain briefly. Leave whole on food prep area. 2.
