How Do You Prepare Crab Meat In Tomato Shells?
A light and cooling appetizer. Step 1 Scoop the seeds and pulp out of the tomatoes. Shred the carrot. Step 2 With a sharp kitchen knife, remove the spines from the crab meat, then wash the meat and drain in a sieve. Step 3 Stir the carrot and cucumber and tomato pulps in with the crab meat. Step 4 Add in aioli and salt. Mix well and scoop the mixture into the hollowed tomatoes. Step 5 Refrigerate. Serve on a bed of Romaine lettuce, along with sprigs of watercress. Step 6 Yield: serves 4.
