If you like tortilla soup, you probably already know it’s not just about flavor and juicy chunks of chicken. You’ve got to love the chips. Cook chicken breasts and cut them into bite-size chunks. Mix chicken, diced green chiles, pinto beans, corn, minced garlic and green chile enchilada saunce in a large stew pot. Add water and chicken broth.
