How Do You Prepare An Image To Print As A T-Shirt Transfer?

0

While t-shirt transfer papers make creating customized t-shirts easier, the process still isn’t as easy as click-and-print. However, with a little instruction, you can prepare you image for printing. This “how-to” will teach you how to mirror-image an article for print on a t-shirt transfer. Open your image in Microsoft Word. If the image is not already in Word, copy and paste it into a new document, or insert it by going to “Insert,” then “Picture,” then “From File.” Right-click on the picture and choose “Show Picture Toolbar” to pull up the tools you’ll need. On the toolbar there is a button named “Flip Horizontal” which looks like two triagles leaning against each other. Click this button. Your picture is now ready to print! When you print it it will look like it is facing the opposite direction of the original, but it needs to be this way to appear in the correct orientation when transferred.
