How Do You Prepare A Memorial For A Pet?
It’s finally happened. After a long illness or a long, healthy life, your beloved pet has passed away. When your family is grieving and you want to provide some special way to remember this beloved pet, follow these tips. Select a favorite spot in your garden. It can be a spot that your pet especially favored or one that you can see easily from your favorite reading chair. Place a stone in this spot. You can engrave the stone, paint a picture of your pet on it or simply leave it blank. Buy a favorite plant to place in the chosen spot. A young tree or shrub provides a lovely memorial and can provide shade to future generations of pets. Choose a spot indoors if you prefer. Hang a framed picture of you and your pet or your pet by itself. Or use this spot to place a simple poem or picture that reminds you of your beloved pet.
