In today’s society, people are so stressed out and are only focused on their problems. They tend to forget about the outside world or other people. If we start to shift our focus from our daily problems to practicing random acts of kindness towards others, we will feel a more sense of well-being and be more at peace. How do we practice random acts of kindness everyday? Think of something nice to do for someone else. It can be something as simple as smiling or greeting people who you pass by daily. Sweeping someone sidewalk. Keeping company with an elderly person or checking in on them. You can donate nonperishable food items to a local food pantry in your community.
