You need to crate train him. If you take him out and he doesn’t go, put him in a crate for about 5-10 minutes, then take him out right away. If he doesn’t pee or poo outside, then put him back in his crate, do this until he does go outside. Only give him a few minutes to go outside. Do not let him play and run around a bunch.
