So first what we are going to do is break down popping and just give a couple of exercises in relations to it. Now popping is a part of hip hop folk style so it was first turned to a real art form by Boogaloo Sam. Boogaloo Sam was the one that stated that popping was a release of the muscle. So what you are going to do it is a flex and a release. Flex and then release. But it is very quick, very quick flex and release of the muscles. So we are just going to give you a short exercise that you can do that is called popping and press.
