first u use the scissors to lever off all the plastic material around the door handle once all plactic is romoved around the lock remove the the metal ring around the key hole . Once all the plastic and the metal ring is removed put ur finger in the hole where the keyhole used to be and lift the hook upwards continously untill it pops up.
