LOTS of KNOTS is a great teambuilding game for any age group. It is a challenging game that is sure to be a great time. To get ready for the game you will need a long rope, blindfolds, and an energetic group of people ready to play a fun teambuilding game. You will need to have the rope ready before the group is ready to play. I like to use at least a 50-75 foot rope. It will depend on the amount of room you have to play. Take the rope and put LOTS of KNOTS in it. Depending of the age group you are working with will depend on how hard you make the challenge. When the group arrives show them the knotted rope. Their goal is to get all the knots out of the rope, while being blindfolded and working together. While they are playing there are plenty of opportunities to talk about teamwork and communication.
