How Do You Play Pho Kao Poker?
No matter where you go in the world, you’ll most likely stumble upon a variation of poker. This version of Pho Kao Poker harkens from China, and is played for cash much like our American version. You can play as many rounds as you like, shifting dealers around the table until everyone has had a chance. This game is best suited for 2 to 7 players. Ante a set number of chips into the pot. Dealer must cover each player’s ante in Pho Kao. Deal out seven cards to each player, starting with the person to the left of the dealer and moving around the table in a clockwise direction. The dealer does not look at his hand. Separate your hand into two hands–a two card and five card hand–using the principles of poker.
