Although this feature had been present in previous iterations of the iPod, the iPod nano had yet to see this feature until its slightly more squat third generation. Putting videos on the third generation iPod nano is a fairly simple process, and if you know how to put music on your iPod, putting movies on it is just as easy. Step 1 Download videos. There are three main places where you can get video which are licensed for use on all generations of iPod: the iTunes store (where you can download them directly), digital copies on traditional DVDs and your own personal video collection.
