Remove the 2 black Kings and 2 red Queens. Set these cards face up, the 2 black Kings to the left and the two red queens to the right, in a row. These will form the foundation piles. Shuffle the cards before you begin. This pile of cards is your stock pile. Deal the cards face up from your stock pile and lay them under the foundation cards left to right to form 3 waste card piles. Place the cards from your stock pile onto the foundation piles as you go in the following order: On the black Kings, go upward in order, Ace first then 2, 3, 4 and so on up until you get to the Queen. On the red Queens, go downward in order, Jack first, ten 10, 9, 8 and so on until you get to the Ace and then the King.
