There are tons of ways to play an imported game on your PlayStation 2. The problem most users run into is harming their game system through modification. The easiest way to play an imported game on your PS2 is through the swap disk method. This will void the warranty on your PlayStation 2, though, and cannot be used on older versions of the system. Unscrew the six screws on the bottom of the PS2 that hold the console together. Remove the casing from the console, but do it gently as to not force it off. Find the white cap on the top right hand side of the PS2. This will be in the back of the PS2’s motherboard just above the word “Reverse”. Take a piece of tape and place it over the cap.
