How Do You Play Footbag?
Footbag develops agility and coordination and is a fine game to play alone or with friends. The small footbag, or hacky sack, is about two inches in diameter and can be made of soft leather or woven cotton and filled with beads or sand. Gather players in a circle about four or five feet across. Serve the hacky sack to any player by tossing it gently, about waist high. Keep the footbag in the air using any part of the body but your arms or hands. Pass the hacky sack back and forth around the circle of players for as long as possible.
