Your PlayStation 2 is not only the most powerful video game system on the market, but also a fully functional DVD player. Heck, if it chilled food, you may never need to leave your room again! Turn on your PlayStation 2. Open the disc tray and place the DVD movie in as you would a game. Close the disc tray and wait for the DVD movie to begin playing. Press the select button during the movie to open the options menu. Use the options menu as you would a conventional DVD player (play, pause, skip, ect.). Turn your PlayStation 2 off when you are done viewing the DVD.
