Having a Bunco Night, but don’t have 12 people? Here’s how to play the game and still have fun! You don’t have to have 12 people to play bunco! Instead, you can play the game in groups of four. For example, if you only have 8 people, instead of twelve, just delete the middle table. Then you’ll have a high table, and a low table. If you almost have groups of four, you can play with a ghost. Perhaps you have 7 players, or 11. Use the stuffed animal as the “ghost”, and let it sit in the chair. The ghost’s partner will roll for herself and for the ghost. But…if you need more than one ghost to fill out a table, keep reading… If you have a really odd number of players, such as 9, 13, or more, you can alternate players.
