If you can acquire a knack for it, Blitzball is a fun mini game. However, winning can be difficult. The team you start with sucks wind, and it takes a while to headhunt good players. So how do you go about winning? Blitzball can consume a lot of your time, so you should first decide whether you want to play. To acquire Wakka’s Celestial Weapon, the World Champion, you must play over 100 Blitzball games. A good team can reduce the time needed to win the World Champion, but this represents a serious time commitment. Are you up for it? Fire the Aurochs. There’s a reason the Aurochs haven’t won a game in a decade: THEY SUCK! With the exception of Wakka and maybe Jassu, the entire team is garbage. The minute you find a better player, ditch them.
