The JVC RV-NB1 Kaboom Series Boombox can play various tracks on a CD in random order. In other words, the tracks will not follow any particular order by play randomly. Insert a CD into the compartment. Start the play back by pressing CD >|| on the remote control. Press the STOP button to stop the playback. Select RANDOM by pressing PLAY MODE continuously until the display flashes “RANDOM.” Start the playback again by pressing CD >||. This will enable you to play the tracks in any random order. Exit the random mode by pressing PLAY MODE repeatedly. The display should show the track number and the duration of all tracks on the CD.
