When bulbs are forced they generally can not be force again let the bulbs finish blooming and then cut the dead flower heads off wait until the stems start turning brown and then go plant them out side they will be fine. Bulbs are considered a perennial because they do need the cold season outside to sleep and when the weather starts warming up they can come out and bloom. Since they bloom early in the spring a nice sunny spot will do and I dont think they are real picky on their soil either.
