How Do You Plan A Perennial Garden?

0

Planting a flower garden can be a lot of work and requires careful planning. Get a large piece of poster board to diagram the shape of your garden. Go to a plant nursery and speak to someone about the different perennials from which you can choose. Ask how tall they grow, what their blooming season is, what type of soil the perennials need and how to best care for them? Also ask about the best time to plant and whether the plants can be purchased already in bloom or if they are only available in bulbs. Decide what flowers you want to plant and where. It is best if you choose perennials that bloom spring to fall or other intervals of time.
