How Do You Pick The Right Sized Screw?
When building or repairing a product it is necessary to have the correct parts which include using the right size screws. This seems to be a small step but it will matter in how the end product looks and how it goes together. A wobble in a table or chair leg can be due to incorrect screw size so make sure you pick the right size screw for your project. Select the type of screw you want to use. There are two types, Phillips-head and slot-head. Both types are available in flat, oval or round heads. Decide which type of head you want to use for your project. Oval and round heads will both protrude above the surface while the flat head will be flush with the surface.
