When you are working with Microsoft Word 2007, you may find the need to see your document in a different way so you can better create and edit it. By selecting the “View” menu you can choose from four different document views: normal, web layout, print layout and outline. Open Microsoft Word 2007 and click on the “View” menu to access the document view options for Word. Choose “Normal” view when you are working with text. “Normal” view will show you the layout of your entire document and uses less memory than “Print Layout” view because it doesn’t show page layouts.
