How Do You Perform The FMX Flatliner Trick?
The Flatliner is a difficult Freestyle Motocross (FMX) trick because of the multiple movements involved. It consists of leaning the bike sideways while performing a tsunami perpendicular to the bike. It’s a crowd favorite at FMX events. The following steps will show how to do the FMX Flatliner Trick. Practice the Flatliner in the following stages: Whip, Superman, Tsunami and Flatliner. Perform a Whip by leaning sideways on the bike to bring it horizontal and then bringing it back to vertical. Do a Superman by taking your feet off the bike and holding your body horizontal to the ground with only your hands holding onto the bike by the handle bars. Pull yourself back in to the standard riding position for the landing. Use a wave-like motion to bring your body into the Superman position.
