How Do You Perform The FMX 360 Trick?
The 360 also is known as the Mulisha Twist and is one of the most difficult tricks in Freestyle Motocross (FMX). It was first landed in competition by Brian Deegan in the 2003 X Games. The 360 is a full horizontal rotation of the bike, and the following steps will show how it is performed. Adapt the FMX 360 from a Bicycle Motocross (BMX) 360. BMX riders can do a 360 relatively easily because they are able to start the spin on the front tire. However, the center of gravity on a motorcycle requires FMX riders to use the back tire to start the spin. Place your weight on the back tire as you go up the ramp. Use a whipping motion to start the spin in the direction you prefer. Sweep the bike in the opposite direction of your spin as your front tire leaves the ramp. For example, if you spin to the left then you would need to sweep to the right. Take off from the ramp with your back tire at the edge of the super kicker. This is crucial because it will prevent your bike from traveling sideways
