FileZilla provides an easy-to-use software interface that makes file transfers between your computer and servers as simple as performing a drag-and-drop. FileZilla is available as a free file transfer protocol (FTP) between client and server from the FileZilla Project website. Download the client to transfer files between your computer and servers to which you have access. Establish a connection between your computer and a server in FileZilla. Enter the web location of the server in the “Host” text box. Include the “http://” at the beginning of the address if the server is a web server rather than a FTP server. Provide your log-in information if required and press the “Quickconnect” button. Navigate to the location of the files to be transferred on your computer using the “Local Site” pane. Click on the folder name to display its contents in the file listing directly under the “Local Site” pane. Select multiple files at once by holding down the “Ctrl” key as you click on the file names
