How Do You Perform A Suplex Into Powerslam Or Front Slam?
• Start by getting into Suplex position. Start by putting your opponent’s arm over your head, and cradle his head with your other hand. If you are right-handed, your left arm should be cradling your opponent’s head. • Grab your opponent by his pants or shorts, in the belt area, and grasp firmly. You will need a good grip to control your opponent’s lift • Movement 1.Have your opponent jump when you start the move. Your opponent will jump like he is taking a vertical suplex. With your dominant hand, turn your opponent so his stomach is resting on your dominant shoulder, while turning toward him so you can adjust your positioning for control • Movement 2. Change your grip so your non-dominant hand is cupping the back of your opponent’s head while your dominant hand is either cradling his two legs or one leg on the inside leg. • Perform the Slam.
