How Do You Perform A Pedigree Like WWE Star Triple H?
Triple H has called his Pedigree finishing move one of the most destructive moves in the WWE. That may be debatable, but it’s definitely one of the most unique moves. The Triple H Pedigree basically has three simple steps toward slamming your opponent. Kick your opponent quickly in the midsection to double him over (much like the gut shot that precedes Steve Austin’s Stone Cold Stunner). Grab him by the shoulders or forearms and place his head between your thighs. Raise his arms up behind his back (remember, he’s now bent over with his head facing the mat) and wrap your arms around his forearms. While holding him in this position, jump a few inches in the air. Land on your knees, having bent your legs while in midair, and drop your opponent face first to the mat. For a “professional wrestling” move, you should release his arms before landing and let them break his fall. Turn your opponent over so he’s face up and you can pin him.
