Need to peel boiled eggs? Don’t want to removed chunks of your egg white? Read this! You will have a PERFECTLY peeled egg! Remove your boiled eggs from the stove top. Use caution not to slosh any of the hot water on you! Take pan with eggs in it to your sink and drain the hot water. Place the pot in the sink. Get ice out of your freezer. Put a lot of ice in the pot making sure all the eggs are under the ice. Add cold tap water to your pot of eggs and ice. Allow eggs to sit in this cold water for 30 minutes. Drain the water off the eggs. LET THE PEELING BEGIN! Start by GENTLY tapping each end of the egg on the counter or plate where you are peeling the eggs. Tap the egg just enough to crack each end of the egg. Use your thumb to make a cracked line from top to bottom on the egg shell. Do this gently! You want to make sure you crack the shell, but you do not want to push hard enough that you push into the egg! Gently peel the shell off the egg working from the line you cracked and going
