The United States Navy offers a four year full-ride scholarship to those students that are interested in pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (BSN). Upon graduation, the student will be commissioned as an officer in Navy Nurse Corps where he or she will serve full time as a Nurse. This program is available at those schools that have a Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program and also offer a state approved or National League of Nursing (NLN) approved bachelor’s degree in nursing. While attending school, the student nurse will participate in the college’s ROTC program.
